Throughout my stay, I encountered several inconveniences that greatly affected my experience. The room was not adequately prepared upon my arrival, leaving me sweating in uncomfortable heat. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower fluctuated too much, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. I was also disappointed to find that the staff was not as attentive as I had hoped, often requiring multiple calls for assistance.

The views from the Panoramic Duplex Pool Villa are simply breathtaking, making every moment special. Enjoyed the privacy of the pool, far more secluded compared to other properties I've visited. However, the Saturday BBQ seafood buffet was disappointing, with limited options and taste compared to the à la carte menu, and I found a small piece of rock in the fried rice which was concerning.

The private infinity pool overlooking the sea was simply breathtaking during sunset, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff really went above and beyond, Aeh was especially attentive, even surprising us with sweet anniversary decorations that touched my wife's heart.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still felt reasonable for what we received.
